IMPORTANT INFORMATION Treasury Group Investment Services Limited (TIS) is the issuer and responsible entity of the Orion Australian Share Fund, Orion Discovery Fund, Orion Leaders Fund, Trilogy Global Equities Fund, Trilogy Concentrated Global Equities Fund, Trilogy Emerging Markets Equities Fund, and the Sirius Fund. TIS has appointed the investment staff of Orion Asset Management Limited (Orion) and Orion Sirius Pty Limited (Orion Sirius) to manage the investments of these funds and as authorised representatives to provide general financial product advice in relation to these funds. TIS will be responsible for the conduct of Orion staff in their capacity as authorised representatives of TIS. Applications can only be made on the form in the current product disclosure statements for the Orion Australian Share Fund, Orion Discovery Fund, Orion Leaders Fund, Trilogy Global Equities Fund, Trilogy Concentrated Global Equities Fund and the Trilogy Emerging Markets Equities Fund, dated 21st June 2011 and the Sirius Fund, dated 7th July 2011. Potential investors should consider the product disclosure statements before deciding whether to invest, or continue to invest, in these funds. Orion receives an investment management fee based on the amount invested in the fund in return for managing the Orion Australian Share Fund, Orion Discovery Fund, Orion Leaders Fund, Trilogy Global Equities Fund, Trilogy Concentrated Global Equities Fund and the Trilogy Emerging Markets Equities Fund.
