Treasury Group Investment Services Limited (TIS) is the Responsible Entity for the Trilogy Global Equities Fund, the Trilogy Concentrated Global Equities Fund and the Trilogy Emerging Markets Equities Fund (the “Funds”). Applications can only be made on the form in the current Product Disclosure Statement dated 15 April 2009. A Product Disclosure Statement is available by contacting Orion Asset Management (Orion) or at www.orionfunds.com.au. Potential investors should consider the Product Disclosure Sstatement before deciding whether to invest, or continue to invest, in the Funds. The offer of units in the Funds made in the Product Disclosure Statement is available to persons recieving the Product Disclosure Statement within Australia (including electronic form). The Product Disclosure Statement does not constitute an offer or invitation in any place outside Australia where, or to any person whom, it would be unlawful to make such an offer or invitation.

Orion and Trilogy Global Advisors (Trilogy) each receive an investment management fee based on the amount invested in the Fund in return for managing the Trilogy Global Equities Fund, the Trilogy Concentrated Global Equities Fund and the Trilogy Emerging Markets Equities Fund. TIS, Orion and Trilogy employees, authorised representatives and directors are paid a salary. They are not paid any commissions but may be paid a bonus based on the performance of the individual, TIS, Orion and/or Trilogy (as the case may be).
